ANNOUNCEMENTS - November 20, 2024
Our school community acknowledges the Transgender Day of Remembrance. It is an annual observance on Nov 20 that honors the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. Today our G.S.A will have a bake sale at lunch with all items costing $1.00. All proceeds will be donated to the Youth Project to support services and programs for Transgender youth.
Operation Smile will be hosting a bake sale today and tomorrow. All are welcome. Operation Smile raises funds for children worldwide in need of cleft-surgeries.There will also be a candy jar guessing game for only a dollar fee. The winner with the closest guess wins the entire candy jar. If you spend over 5 dollars on the treats you get a free guess at the candy jar! We hope to see you all there!
The books for the Woodlawn library book club have come in. Please pick up your copy in the library.
