Woodlawn Cares Reminder – When you are in the hallway, please remember to:

·  Move efficiently between classes & keep stairwells clear

·  Be respectful of classes in session by being quiet

·  Keep hallways clean and put trash in its place

·  Ensure the rights of others are being respected

Attention all students, do you want to help raise funds for our musical Frozen? Well we are beginning our last fundraiser, selling Veggie Boxes, perfect for the holiday season. Order forms are available from Mr. Hennigar, Mr. Thomas, Ms. Mcintosh or Ms. Hann. This fundraiser will be continuing until Monday, Dec 15th with distribution of sales on Dec 17th. We thank all student fundraisers for their continued support. If you have questions please speak with Mr. Hennigar in room 121.

Are you looking for something fun to do with your friends? Come to the winter dance hosted December 18th from 7-10pm. Tickets are $5 now or $10 at the door. All are welcome! Tickets are on sale everyday at lunch!!

Do you want to save money on holiday shopping, come purchase an SPC card from the council every today and save anywhere from 10-25% off 400 different stores! SPC cards are on sale every Monday, Wednesday and Friday while supplies last.

Operation Smile is having a $2 hot chocolate fundraiser today at lunch. Additional toppings are available to purchase. 

Hey Panthers! Join our Doubles Badminton Tournament fundraiser today during lunch! Sign up is on the gym doors, spots are limited! It’s a $10 entry fee per team, paid on the day, and the winners get a prize. The money earned will be supporting the Panther Pantry!  Games start at 11:50 AM sharp, so be ready! Spectators are welcomed and donations are appreciated.

Amnesty International will be meeting in room 101 at lunchtime today.

All Africentric cohort members should go to Mrs. Skinner’s classroom (206) on Wed. Dec 10th for a really short quick meeting about your field trip the following week. Please be there by 11:45. Chromebooks will be available for you to use to complete the waiver if you haven’t done so.   

The Biomaking Club will meet at noon today in the bio lab.
