Over the course of this year, I have collected many small items that were lost. If you have lost any small items this year, please come to the Main Office to check out my collection before the end of the year. This is NOT a free shopping event! You are only to take something if it belongs to you! Anything that is not claimed will be either donated or tossed at the end of the year.
End of the year locker clean out is continuing today. Students are asked to clean out their belongings and return their opened lock to the bin in the main foyer. As well, write your combination on the sticker provided and stick it on the back of the open lock.
Today is the last day for the cafeteria. The cafe will not be open next week.
If you attended the fused glass field trip with Ms. Hollingshead and Mr. Dobson, your artworks are ready to be picked up! Please come to room 225 to pick up your fused glass pieces.
Attention all grade 12s – today is the Golden Plunger Awards Ceremony, followed by the Grad BBQ! Please come down to the auditorium before 12:40pm for the awards, and then the BBQ will take place on the back field at 1pm.
Attention all current grade 10 and 11 students who are taking IB English next year! If you have not received your summer reading information and Google Classroom code, please see Mr. Thomas in room 118 either today or some time next week. You must have this information before you leave for the summer!
After 5 months of competition, the Woodlawn Entrepreneurship Challenge has a new champion! Yesterday our entrepreneurs entered the Dragons Den, and our judges determined the following: in 3rd place – Fidgetables! In 2nd place – the Bun Boss! Honourable mention goes to the Dog Father! And finally, congrats to our new champion – Comfort Bites Mac & Cheese! Well done to all of the teams that competed!
Yearbooks will be available for pickup at lunchtime outside the Foods Lab. There will be two lines for pickup: one for personalized yearbooks and one for non-personalized yearbooks. Please make sure you are in the correct line. Once you have picked up your yearbook, please move on to your next location. We are working to make this process go as quickly and efficiently as possible so that everyone has lots of time to get their yearbooks signed during the Grad BBQ. Students gathering around the Foods Lab area will slow down the pickup process. Please note: Yearbooks are no longer for sale. This is pickup only. There are no extra yearbooks available for purchase.
Please remember to bring back all textbooks, library books and chromebooks/chargers to the library. The library will be open everyday next week.
