Returning Student Registration Form
The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Woodlawn Cares Reminder – When you are in the washroom, please remember to:

·  Use the space in a timely fashion without congregating

·  Use facilities and supplies in the manner intended, avoid damaging the space

·  Ensure the privacy rights of others are being respected

  • The Panther Pantry will be open in Rm 114 after school today for 15min. It is open to every student who needs food at home. Pop by to pick up grocery items to take home. 

  • Congratulations to the members of the Woodlawn golf team for a great showing at Regionals this week. The girls team captured the Regional Championship and will be heading to the Provincials in Cape Breton! Best of luck girls.  

  • Next week is the first spirit week of the year! Monday will be denim day! And Pie a teacher at lunch in the gym! Tickets are 1 $ for your chance to pie one of the teachers!  Check the Instagram page for more details! 

  • If there are any students who wanted to take band this year but couldn't, yet you want to keep your “chops” up, you can see Ms. Hann for a copy of the sheet music and sign up to play with the band in concerts and during some lunch hours throughout the year.

  • Join us today at lunch for the Multi Cultural Food Fest in the old gym. For just $5, you'll get to sample foods from all kinds of cultures while supporting a great cause — all proceeds go toward providing feminine products to underprivileged communities.

  • There is a meeting today at lunch in 208 for potential tutors for the Peer Tutoring program. If you signed up to be a tutor at the club fair please attend this planning session. If you didn’t sign up and you are still interested, feel free to attend.  

  • The Woodlawn High Improv Team will be meeting on Tuesday, September 29th after school in the drama room for an information / trial session. All are welcome to come.

  • The girls soccer team plays today at 4:00 against Halifax West at Mainland Commons. Teachers are asked to dismiss the girls at 2:30. The girls are asked to see Mr. Sweetapple in Room 229 if they are unable to attend.
